Shipping Policy
Our orders are all shipped from Hamburg, Germany, with DHL.

In most instances, if you are ordering from within Germany, you can expect to receive your order in 3-5 working day from the date of your order.
If you are ordering from elsewhere, orders can take a little longer to arrive:
Within the EU (excluding Germany), please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Outside the EU, we are dependent on the services provided in your country and it isn't possible to estimate exactly how long orders will take, so please take that into considerations. Please note that your order may be subject to local taxes and import duty. An export declaration (CN22/23) stating the content and value of the package will be attached to your parcel.
Records and shirts are shipped with tracking, so we can always monitor the progress of your order. We will issue a tracking number for your order, where applicable.
To minimise postage costs for you, if your order consists of exclusively smaller items, such as badges and stickers, they are sent as standard post, i.e. without tracking.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because we appreciate that things do sometimes go wrong, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from the Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Studios Store, please email us here: shop@yeahyeahyeahstudios.de
within 14 days of receipt, with details of your complaint (i.e. your name and address, name of product, details of the problem with product).
If the product is faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund to be sent - please note that in certain circumstances, we may ask you to return the product to us first (at no cost to you), but we will advise you.
